You will be smitten by the taste of the dago (dumpling) that you tore into pieces by yourself.

Fumi-Chan's miso making process starts with making rice malt.

Cooking rice in a rice cooker
You can experience cooking rice in an old-fashioned kettle.
The "okoge" that forms at the bottom is also delicious.
