Come see Fumi-chan as if you were going back to your hometown.

Fumiko Goto of Fumi-chan's Miso Soup Shop offers a variety of experiences, including home-stay in a farming village and miso making, in an old house built over 240 years ago.
The dried vegetables "Hoshi no Hoshi Yasai" produced by Ms. Goto and others have won various awards, including the Director-General's Award of the Rural Development Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries at the Food Amenity Contest.

No matter how much attention she gets, her origins are as a housewife of a dual-career farmer. This idea of "mottainai" led to the production of miso using "kuzu" rice.
In this day and age, food culture is changing.
In this age of changing food culture, please take time to enjoy the atmosphere of the old-fashioned countryside.
